Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Scope
Most products are eligible for unconditional returns, except for the following categories:
- Customized items
- Discounted items
- Limited time specials
- Any products that are considered non-returnable due to their nature, confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unopened and in its original condition, with the packaging intact and without obvious signs of use.
- Include all accessories that came with the product, such as the original invoice and warranty card.
- Any gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.
Return Process
1. Log in to your account, find the relevant order, and submit a return request.
2. Clearly state the reason for the return in your request.
3. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
4. Pack and ship the item back to us securely according to the provided guidelines.
Postage
- If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistake (for example, sending the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the reason for the return is not related to product quality (for example, personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.
